The difference between life and death can be you!

CPR is a lifesaving skill that combines both artificial respiration and external chest compressions, used in times of sudden death to prevent irreversible biological death.

On average, brain cells begin to die after 4 minutes following respiratory and cardiac arrest.

On average, an ambulance will arrive 8 minutes after being called.

Waiting for the ambulance to arrive, the only alternative in many cases, is not the best bet.

No matter how qualified the ambulance technicians are, their hands are tied by time.
