It Takes 60 Seconds to Learn to Save a Life

It’s simply amazing how it gets easier and easier to save a life.  New standards in CPR now make it possible to do hands only CPR.  Gone are the days of mouth-to-mouth resuscitation for witnessed cardiac arrest, and with this the American Heart Association is hoping that many, many more bystanders will step up to help save a life.
